Sooooo .... have you missed me?! I've sure missed being here. I'm sorry. I really thought that I would have an easy, quiet summer, but it did not work out that way. Bummer!!! I had a lot that I wanted to accomplish in the Haven.
Our cruise is coming soon, so I have been working on an autograph book for my (almost) 7 year old. We do one for each cruise or vacation (we love Disney ... ), and I chose to do this one a little differently. Instead of using paper for the cover, I used fabric.
The design on the front was embroidered using my Brother embroidery machine. I added the ribbon on the side because it didn't look quite complete without it. The hanging ribbon is for holding our marker that will accompany us on our trip. It helps keep it handy for the wonderful characters that will be signing her book and helping to make magical memories for our family.
That's what I've done recently in the Haven. I will share more later. :) I made a new FE hanger (will explain that later), too, and I'd love to share it with you.

ReplyDeleteGale - I do one every time we go to Disney or on the cruise. I may not do a scrapbook for her, but she'll have this and the memories to go with it. The one may very well be my favorite of the ones we've done.
